Police want to speak to passengers onboard a double-decker bus that rolled off the road and crashed into a field in the South Hams.
The Stagecoach South West bus overturned on Saturday, October 5, leaving 37 passengers hurt and eight seriously injured.
It happened near Loncombe Cross at around 11am on the A385 between Totnes and Paignton.
Police want to interview all 60 people involved as part of an ongoing investigation.
This includes passengers who were not injured and left the scene before speaking to officers.
Uninjured passengers were taken to Paignton bus station for support and help to continue their journeys.
The casualties were taken to hospitals in Bristol, Exeter, Torbay, Derriford, and Newton Abbot for treatment.
It is understood that some of those injured are still in hospital.
Emergency services said that the passengers were a mix of ages, from those in their teens to their early 70s.
Officers said the driver of the bus has not been arrested and is helping police with their investigation.
A spokesperson for Stagecoach South West said the company was helping emergency services and its thoughts were with the victims of the crash.
"Safety is our absolute priority and we will be assisting the investigation into the circumstances involved in the incident," they added.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "Officers investigating the double-decker bus crash on Totnes Road have issued an appeal for outstanding witnesses.
“We believe that there were around 60 people on board the bus at the time of the incident, many were uninjured and had left the scene before speaking to our officers.
