A KINGSBRIDGE man has been charged with failing to give information to the police.

Connor Justin Mccormack, aged 28, of Courtlage Walk, is accused of failing to give police information to identify the driver of a BMW vehicle who is alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to October 13 for a trial.
