Steel band sounds accompanied the festivities at Dartmouth Academy’s Christmas Fayre last week.

The school’s own Dartmouth Shine Steel Band played to parents, staff and visitors as they wandered the stalls selling hand-made Christmas gifts, cards, decorations and cakes. Even Father Christmas was on hand, distributing festive chocolates.

Associate Principal Nic Perrott said: “It was a magnificent Christmas Fayre which everyone worked hard for its success. We wish all a happy and safe Christmas.”
