Terry Waite will be at Buckfast Abbey for his evening talk and book signing on Saturday June 9 and not June 7 as we mistakenly reported in last week’s Totnes Times newspaper.

The talk starts at 7pm when he will be discussing his experiences as a hostage in Beirut when he was held for four years in captivity.

He will be discussing his experiences and reflecting on the insight he gained during those years, illustrating his talk with brief readings from one of his books, ‘Out of the Silence’.
